Welcome to Moments app (“the app”). By using this app, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of the App

You may use Moments app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any misuse of the app, including unauthorized distribution or copying, is strictly prohibited.

2. Subscriptions and Paid Features

Some features in Moments app are available only through an auto-renewable subscription purchased via the App Store. Free features include limited logging body measurements, progress photos and comparisons. The subscription unlocks unlimited body measurements and progress photos, goal setting.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

3. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the app. Always consult a healthcare professional before making decisions related to fitness or health based on data in the app.

4. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Moments app after changes are published means you accept the revised terms.
